      包头中科轩达新能源科技有限公司是一家专注储氢材料和固态储氢应用的科技公司,2017年在中国包头由中国科学院与燕山大学技术研发团队携手创立。公司旨在打造技术领先、品质优异的先进储氢材料研发中心和产品供应商,以及固态储氢技术解决方案提供商。经过多年的产业化实践,公司建设了完备的先进储氢合金材料研发、生产和销售体系。
      公司十分重视科技创新和新产品研发,已获得高新技术企业和专精特新企业的认证,并取得10项发明专利和实用新型专利,主持和参加了多项国家重点研发计划和内蒙古自治区科技重大专项等科技项目。公司分别于2020年和2024年获得天使轮和A轮融资,在安徽省安庆市成立了全资子公司安庆轩达氢能科技有限公司,建设了年产3000吨固态储氢材料生产基地,并于2024年底顺利投产,这是一条可以生产多个系列储氢合金材料的半自动化生产线。
      目前,中科轩达自主研发和生产的产品主要包括:稀土系AB5型、钛锰系AB2型、钛铁系AB型和稀土镁镍系等储氢合金产品。该系列产品为低压、高安全、高密度地储存氢气提供了先进材料保障,推动了氢能源的广泛应用。
公司研发的氢气“制-储-运-加-用”低压一体化技术方案,已广泛应用于多个领域,包括两轮车、三轮车、叉车、大巴车、工程重卡、备用电源、离网充电桩、大规模储氢站,以及移动/固定加氢站等,为构建清洁和高效的能源体系提供了强有力的技术支撑。

(1)钛锰系AB2型储氢合金本系列储氢合金具有容量高、吸氢压力适中、放氢平台压力较高等特点,主要针对于两轮车、三轮物流车和巡逻车等燃料电池固态储氢供氢系统应用场景。
(2)稀土系AB5型储氢合金本系列合金具有吸/放氢压力平台宽、活化速度快、使用寿命长等特点,主要针对于叉车、特种车辆、燃料电池供氢系统的等固态储氢应用场景。
(3)钛铁系AB型储氢合金:本系列合金产品具有储氢容量较高、吸氢压力低、平台压力适中和价格较低的优点,主要针对于大规模储氢和储能等固态储氢应用场景。

Zhongke Xuanda New Energy Technology Inc. (Zhongke Xuanda for short) is a pioneering company in the field of solid-state hydrogen storage, at the forefront of innovation since its founding in 2017. The company was founded through the collaboration of the Baotou Rare Earth Research Center and the R&D team from Yanshan University. Zhongke Xuanda aims to create a cutting-edge research and development hub for advanced hydrogen storage materials, as well as a supplier of high-quality products and solid-state hydro- gen storage technology solutions. Through years of industry experience, the company has built a comprehensive system for the R&D, production, and sales of high-performance hydrogen storage materials.


Zhongke Xuanda attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation and new product development. The company has earned recognition as a high-tech and innovative enterprise and a specialized, refined and distinguished new enterprise, securing 10 invention and utility patents. The company has spearheaded a number of national key projects and Inner Mongolia major science and technology projects. Zhongke Xuanda secured Angel investment and Longview Ventures investment in 2020 and 2024, respectively, and established a wholly-owned subsidiary Anqing Xuanda Hydrogen Technology Co., LTD in Anqing City, Anhui Province. In Anqing Xuanda, a solid hydrogen storage material production base with an annual output of 3,000 tons has been built, and successfully put into operation by the end of 2024, which is a semi-automated production line that can produce multiple series of hydrogen storage alloy materials.


Currently, Zhongke Xuanda's independently developed and produced products are mainly hydrogen storage alloys including rare earth-based AB5, Ti-Mn-based AB2, Ti-Fe-based AB, RE-Mg-Ni-based AB3~4, and V-based solid solutions. These products provide a solid material foundation for low-pressure, high-safety, and high-density hydrogen storage, promoting the widespread application of hydrogen energy.


The company has developed a comprehensive low-pressure hydrogen solution for the whole hydrogen supply chain, involving "production-storage-transportation-dispense". Our solution has been widely applied in various fields, such as two-wheelers, three-wheelers, forklifts, buses, heavy-duty trucks, backup power sources, off-grid charging stations, large-scale hydrogen storage stations, and mobile/fixed hydrogen refueling stations, providing strong technical support for building a clean and efficient energy system.

- Material R & D and production: The company focuses on R & D and production of hydrogen storage materials, and is able to produce hydrogen storage alloy materials of multiple types including rare-earth-base hydrogen storage alloys, rare-earth-Mg-Ni-base hydrogen storage alloys, Ti-Mn-base hydrogen storage alloys and Ti-Fe-base hydrogen storage alloys.

Technical Strength

- Patent status: More than 10 authorized national invention patents have been obtained.

- Production technology: With independently developed process technology and equipment, the company has built a new rare-earth-Mg-Ni-base hydrogen storage alloy production line with independent intellectual property rights in China. 2. Main Products

(1) Ti-Mn-based AB2-type hydrogen storage alloys: This series of hydrogen storage alloys have the characteristics of high capacity, moderate hydrogen absorption pressure, and high hydrogen desorption plateau pressure, and are mainly used for fuel cell solid hydrogen storage and hydrogen supply system application scenarios such as two-wheeled vehicles, three-wheeled logistics vehicles and patrol vehicles.

(2) Rare-earth-based AB5-type hydrogen storage alloys: This series of alloys have the characteristics of wide absorption/desorption plateau pressure, fast activation, long service life, etc., and are mainly used for solid-state hydrogen storage applications such as forklift trucks, special vehicles, and fuel cell hydrogen supply systems.

(3) Ti-Fe-based AB-type hydrogen storage alloys: This series of alloy products have the advantages of high hydrogen storage capacity, low hydrogen absorption pressure, moderate plateau pressure and low price, and are mainly used for solid hydrogen storage such as large-scale hydrogen storage and energy storage.
